Guests who make reservations are asked to arrive 5 minutes before their reservation time
The Coachman (driver) will be remain on the carriage at all times to ensure safety for the horse and guests
Guests must ask permission from the driver or footman to pet, interact or take photos with the horse
The health of tour operators and horse will be monitored daily
If you or any family members have been exposed to or are showing symptoms of Covid you will not be permitted on the carriage
